Default Wench and Steering on one BEC...

I am rebuidling my scaler and have decided to remove the two speed transmission and put in a servo wench. Can I run the steering servo and wench off of the same CC-BEC (set at 7 VDC), or should I have one BEC for each servo?

Thanks.

wench |wen ch |

• archaic a prostitute.
verb [ intrans. ] archaic

DERIVATIVES

ORIGIN Middle English : abbreviation of obsolete wenchel [child, servant, prostitute] ; perhaps related to Old English wancol [unsteady, inconstant.]

What steering servo and what winch?

BAH!!!! I was thinking of beer at the time, probably why I used the wrong one...

Winch/wench, phonetically we're golden.

The servo will be a HS-645MG, the winch will likely be a HS-7955. I am going to put a switch on the power lead of the winch servo, it will only powered up when I am using it.

Ummm...no we're not...... They are pronounced differently, but I would prefer a wench (sometimes) over a winch.

You should be fine with a single BEC......
