Default Outcry and capacitors?

I have an rc4wd outcry runnin 4s. At very low speeds the throttle starts to stutter not real bad but somewhat anoying. And I also noticed how the outcry went from 6s capable when I bought it to 4s now so I know I'm pushing it. Would putting a capacitor on it help? Electronics aren't my specialty but so far my outcry has been runnin great on 4s. I also have a ccbec wired directly to the servo, not runnin through the esc which helped alot in keepin the esc cooler.
