Default castle link & hot wire question

Can I download these programs on my laptop if they have already been downloaded on my pc? I have tried downloading to my laptop with no luck. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

I know that the castle link program can be downloaded on to as many machines as you want, it's not a purchased program so they don't care where it's downloaded to.

I have both pieces of software on two different machines. Installed with no problems at all.

Make sure you double check the download instructions. If you have a newer computer that runs Vista there are different steps and a patch you might have to download also. Hope this helps.

I've got it running just fine on a laptop w/ XP and a desktop w/ win7 64bit.

Like Jslick said, I think they had a couple special instructions for Vista (I would recommend upgrading/downgrading since Vista has done nothing but cause headaches for me)

I have a toshiba satellite laptop with windows 7. When I insert the disc all I get is a clicking sound and you can hear it trying to run the instalation software but it does nothing.

Don't use the disk. Go right to Castle's or Tekin's website and download the latest version of the software. Just make sure you read the details.

Hotlink and CastleLink both run flawless on my Satellite with Windows 7. Opening the programs was a bit tricky the first time till my home screen shortcuts were set up.
