Default 2 different esc's

Is it possible to run 2 different esc's on a rig. Say I run a Mamba Max on the rear and a mamba micro pro on the front.

Would they run the same if set up the same? Or would they run differently?

Thanks

Theoretically they would run the same but hardware differences could make them run differently. There are probably some firmware differences that could affect this too.

Not a good idea.

I have helped countless people set up dual ESC rigs and even the slightest difference in ESC's can cause a rig to act funny. I mean something as minor as a firmware difference on two of the same ESC's or I have even seen two ESC's with the same firmware but different manufacture dates be "off".

Get two of the same no matter what and if you can get two new at the same time.

You can do it, but, as mentioned it may be funky.
I ran an old Mamba Max for the front and a newer Mamba Micro Pro on the rear of my 2.2 Bully with brushed motors.
I set both to the same firmware version and used the same throttle & brake curves.
It worked, but not as nice as I would have liked. I now have 2 old MM's in it. The Micro Pro is in my MRC 1.9.
