Default Question on connector "official" name

Hello All-

Is the "official" name of the connectors that allow us to plug in servos, ESCs, etc into our RX a Futaba J connector?

Reason I ask is, I want to convert some LEDs that run off of a 9v battery to run off of the main battery, so was thinking of something like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Futaba-J-Plu...ht_2739wt_1185

Or, I could just cut-off the current 9v adapter on the truck and solder in a Futaba J, if that is the connector I need.

This sound right?

I believe the Futaba "J" connector is pretty much universal for all the RX's out there, you should be fine.
