Default Servo Question

I just got a Hitec 7954SH servo for my xr10 and i was wondering if i could run it with a 3s lipo and cc bec set at 7.4V. if that is not possible what do you suggust?

It's made to run straight off a 2s lipos. So you 7.4 volts set on a BEC is fine and 8.4 volts is max.

Thank you both of you. I ended up installing it today and it works awesome compared to my old servo.

Now you'll find the next weak part in the steering with the added torque.

Glad it worked out. Make sure you check & set the steering EPA's so you don't stall the servo, that's a great way to let out the majic smoke.
