I don't know, I use the LVC in all my ESC's.

I've heard of a number of people using the Common Sense unit though to good effect.

I got the one from rc4wd. Works great tells you full pack voltage as well as each cell and is adjustable from like 2.8 per cell to like 3.6 or around that not sure. Very loud when it goes off had to put tape over speakers.

I don't know these, I use the Novak Smart-Stop as it will cut off your throttle which is good when driving far and you can't hear the beep. I also have some from Maxamps which are just an alarm similar to the one below and are more useful for non ESC applications like a transmitter, or cars with combined RX/ESC.

Correct me if I'm wrong, this one appears to monitor each cell individually which is safer but less convenient as you have to connect it to the balancing tap every time you use it. The Maxamps units only monitor the full pack for average voltage, so I just hardwire it to the ESC battery cable so I only have one connection. As long as the pack is balanced once in a while this will work fine. Excellent price through

I just checked and Maxamps no longer sell the ones I got for 2 or 3 cell packs, they were like this one:
http://www.maxamps.com/4S-LVA.htm
Now all they have is this one which supports 1 to 3 cell packs but is three times the price than the airsoft ones.
