dual steering with dx3r set up

have a spektrum dx3r radio. i have dual steering on my ax10 set up with rear servo in the aux channal and mixing with front servo in the radio.
how do i make one of the function switches on the radio turn the mixing on and off? Would like a "switch" to turn rear steering of at times.
