Default some help?

I was gonna get 2s but I see most people running 3s in there crawlers. What is the runtime difference between the two? Also is the rc4wd outcry esc good or should i go tekin fxr? Thanks

Mah determines run time not voltage.

I also noticed from your post in another thread that you have an XR10. You may not have alot of room for a high mah battery. 1100-1600 should give 30min ish..

My 1300 mah 25 c gives me about 30 in my XR

thanks for all the help. i really appreciate it. so i might still get a sidewinder cuz its cheaper but idk. also what about a hacked gt3b, anybody know how many ch's i need to run dual esc's for independent dig?

4 channels is what you want, just make sure you can mix the 2 throttle channels (the GT3B can....as will a 4PL & others)

I always recommend www.CheapBatteryPacks.com , decent prices, good packs. Look for the Elite's.

not really it affects how many amps the pack can put out continously and in bursts. a good rule of thumb is smaller mAH higher c rating

+1.

The battery power available under larger loads is a combination of mah & "C" rating.
A low mah pack like a MRC 1.9 rig may run a 350mah 60C pack, while a trail rig may run a 3000mah 25C pack and do fine.

Get the idea?
