My question is, since im on a budget i was thinking about buyin a hobby wing 1/8 scale BL kit since they're kinda cheap but is it evan worth buying?

well my bad for leaving those things out 1. a summit tranny and front suspension/custom frame and rear axle 2. HW M3a combo kit 1/8 scale 3. genral bashing most likely drivin on the street and beach |

Hobby Wing makes good stuff. I've used it before and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Brushless tends to suck for crawling. If you don't plan on going super slow, you'll be fine. The low first gear in the Summit trans helps with the cogging you get with brushless motors, just keep your pinion size conservative, I think I ran a 12t in mine. Second gear will more than make up for the slow First gear. |
