| wiring/battery question( 2 805'2/Super Rooster) HELP...
After searching I'm still a little sketchy on what to do. I have to hitec 805 servos, and a super rooster. I'm just not sure what size battery to run the servos. Is anyone running this set up. Can I get away with one batter for the both of them or do I need two to power this big servos. Sorry, I am anxoius to get crawling and this is holding me up. Any input would be great.

From my understanding since the BEC rating on the super rooster is really high you don't need a seperate battery pack for the servos.

The 805 is a 1/4 scale servo so it should be run off of the main battery and not the BEC. Just splice the servo power wires into the ESC power wires from the battery and you will be fine with just the one battery. Or you can use a 6V receiver pack to power the servo. |
