Default Goofy servo - busted?

I have a servo that came stock in a Duratrax Vendetta SC. It took a beating, and now when it is powered on, it goes 100% in one direction. Then when I steer on the transmitter, one way does not steer at all and the other way steers all 180*.

Is there any hope for the servo? I've tired it with different receivers and transmitters; it's definitely the servo that is the issue.

Thanks in advance!
Josh

Thanks, but the horn is ok. I also forgot to mention that adjusting the trim on the Tx doesn't help. Any other ideas? It would be nice to salvage it, if possible.

Teeth missing/folded over on an internal gear so now the centering pot. is misaligned.

Centering pot dead

The centering pots are usually under the output gear (the gear that your horn bolts onto), check under that, make sure there isn't some kind of small plastic bracket, dogbone, or locator missing and the pot's not following the output gear

Or just crack with a couple dollars and get a new one.
