|  3channel tx question
n00b alert: so i have a 3 channel tx(associated xp3-ss) and a 3 channel reciever. the tx has an auxiliary button as the 3rd channel. so if i hook up a second servo (as in 4ws) to the 3rd channel...will it work?

does the radio have a 3 position third channel? if not, the the short answer is no. if yes, then yes. you can hook up the rear steer servo with a Y harness off the front servo but it would be 4ws all the time. or you could look up HEYOK here on the forum, he makes controllers and i think he has one that will allow control of rear servo off a 2 position 3rd channel switch.

it is just a button i would assume a toggle button

if its a 2 position (on, off) then look up HEYOK, he can hook you up.
