VENOM safari CREEPER HELP

would anyone know of a good place to put a battery on the creeper besides the tray up top because it tends to have a huge amount of cg

try a search. take a look in the venom section. most use a smaller battery and move it down low in the front.

I have mine on the rear upper links. I bought a couple STRC upper link electronics plates and put the battery on the rear, and the esc on the front.

Get a venom plate from ckrc. They work well. Lets you use a 4-link too. Otherwise, velcro'd to the underside of the front upper links, like all the rest.

safari is 4 linked out the box.
on the bottom of the links would be in the way of the driveshafts

i run my battery in stock location, but have a decent amount of weight in the tires

most of this depends on what size battery your running. if your running big ass nimh stick packs your choices are going to be limited. if you run smaller lipo batteries then more and more options open up.
