Default Tamiya Multi-Function Control Unit - Pick-Up Truck (MFC-02)

Hello RC'ers....i'm Hendra from indonesia.
umm...actually this is my first time in RC's, before this i played airsoft.

i was wondering how to keep this part out of water if i'm gonna play submarine?
or is it(MFC-02) only for showing off?

the multifunction unit is mainly for show. i wouldnt suggest going in water with it as its so expensive

MFC-02 is wrong at boots and on water


Look at CTI electronic for R/C...

When I had my Hilift I installed the MFC-02 and I remember plugging in all those little LED plugs!! There is no way to safely waterproof the MFC being that there are so many openings and also it has a small speaker and vibration unit which I cannot see a cheap way to waterproof it. The MFC is strictly for show all it does is control the LED light patterns/sequences, sound, and vibrating motor sequences to simulate the truck motor.

thanks guys for the info, so what you guys suggest is no need plugging LED's if we're playing in water and mud?

by the way i just ordered tamiya toyota bruiser,what upgrades i should do for trail,mudding,and little rock crawling?
