Default Any good sources for blue silicone wire in US?

I just got a batch of silicone wire from HK (that turnigy stuff) and so far it looks fairly decent. I'm not expecting low resistance like deans wet noodle or tekin, but for applications where I'm less concerned about resistence I think it will work fine.

Two problems: 1) that intl shipping cost from china really offsets the savings of the low cost wire. 2) they don't stock 20awg blue silicone there, just red and black in 20awg.

Anybody know of any better / closer online stores in the US who carry good selection of silcone wire (including blue) in 24,20,18,14,12AWG sizes?

Indeed. TQRacing is the best I've come across. I got mine from Stormer Hobbies

Their brushless sensor wire is excellent also.

OK, the wire gage & condition of connection determine resistance/load capacity.
Wire such as "wet noodle" etc. offer smaller strands to get the gage as well as flexibility.
Small strand stuff is also better for signal wires (like stereo wires) because it's not really the current flow, but signal flow that determine "quality".

So, in general, a piece of solid 12ga wire, 7 strand 12ga wire & 144 strand 12ga wire have the "same" resistance and current capability.
The higher the strand count, the more flexible the wire.
Adding in "OFHC", "silver plated" or "gold plated" are great for signal/stereo wires as well as help with corrosion resistance. Hot tin dipped or tin electroplated aid in corrosion resistance and/or solder-ability.
For our purposes, any will work, flexible won't mess with the suspension movement when the wire goes from a chassis mounted ESC to an axle mounted motor.

You are forgetting the important issue...the quality of the material. Copper isn't always the same copper, especially from chinese wire sources.
