| 4 AA battery pack
I am running two 3600 mAh 6 cell pack on my Nylint running a EVX ESC I was wondering if adding a 4 AA pack to the reservor would help battery life, because then would the servos be powered by the 4 AA pack and not the 6 cells, well as much, I know electornics never work out that perfect but i could help right just wondering if anyone does this and has proven it to work I just hate how I loose steering at the end of the life of the 6 cell packs Thanks |

yes, it would help extend your battery life. It can work the other way too though, you lose steering and still have motor power... What cells were you planning on using? You will need to keep the evx power switch turned off when using a receiver pack. |

If you are using rechargables, go with 5 cells if possible. Otherwise, you will be good. Just add em on and keep the esc power switch off. |
