Default Tekin B1R stuck in Thermal Protection

Hey guys,

I have a Tekin B1R that is stuck in thermal protection mode. I ran a self test which came out fine, and other then not turning the motor it seems ok. Basically I broke a front shaft on a Losi MRC which jammed into the spur gear stalling the motor. I let it sit overnight(and even stuck it in the fridge for a little bit) and it still has all of the lights blinking(after the one steady one indicating its ready) to indicate temperature.

Nothing got remotely close to hot, I was only running for ~ 2 minutes. This was a fresh build, and this could be an expensive 2 minutes. Any thoughts would be great, and I have emailed Tekin. Just curious as to what some of you guys think and if its even worth sending it in to get it fixed.

Thanks Jamison

if the unit is new Tekin should replace it no questions, just a faulty one you got. I am sure they will accomodate you.

Thanks, I don't expect them to since I bought it about a year ago and just got it installed(technically out of warranty). I will see what they say though.
