There are so many...

I have two of these and they have worked out very well. I have had them for 2-3 years and have never had a single problem with them. You do need to get a power supply for them similar to what a laptop has, you should be able to find one on hobbyking also.

HobbyKing R/C Hobby Store : Turnigy Accucel-6 50W 6A Balancer/Charger w/ accessories

A couple of my friends have this one, also a good charger:
Thunder AC6 Smart LiPo Balance Charger/Discharger w/ AC Adapter for 1-6 Lipo/ 1-15 Nimh + USB to PC Software

Could have googled it or clicked one of the links and got it right away, its been less than 2 hours  most people on the forum are on a opposite time zone from you and were asleep as well. In answer to your question yes it is a balancing charger and comes with adapter.

Not exactly cheap (about $89.00) but you might want to check out the Duratrax 235. Duratrax Onyx 235 Advanced Balancing AC/DC Charger.
Comes with a balancing board and several charging cables. Nice warranty too. I bought one a few months ago when I changed over to lipo. Easy to use and no problems so far.

I've used the Accucel 6 for 3 years without any issues whatsoever. Good, inexpensive charger and ideal for 2S and 3S LiPo's.

AC6 Thunder Charger (HobbyPartz) is good if you live in the US, but since you live in Australia, HobbyKing is likely the way to go for shipping.

I highly recommend the series of chargers that Value Hobby R/C Hobby Store: Welcome to ValueHobby carries. You can pick up a 1-6S lipo charger with balance ports built in along with an AC adapter for around $40. I ran the Imax B6 for several years without any issues before I upgraded to one of the Hitec 4 port chargers. You'll find that 80% of chargers all use the same programming and circuitry, but with slightly different options and brand names. Most of them were made in the same factory probably.

Check them out here:

Value Hobby R/C Hobby Store: GT POWER X-CHARGER C6 6S LiPO Charger(With Power Supply)

I have this one and like it:
Thunder AC6 Smart LiPo Balance Charger/Discharger w/ AC Adapter for 1-6 Lipo/ 1-15 Nimh + USB to PC Software

Make sure you get enough/proper connectors for your batteries. I use the Traxxas connectors on all my stuff but only buy the brand name connectors. I have had generics in the past and haven't had good luck with them.

I use the Venom pro charger and am very pleased with it. It comes with a bunch of adapters to charge almost any battery you can think of.

Google for best price. I got mine from Amazon for around $70.00 a year ago.

I ran three Thunder power 610's running off of a single desktop computer power supply... Excelent chargers... I have down sized to just one charger running off a laptop power supply... Scan through ebay you can pick up a used one for a reasonable price...

I also use an old PC power supply and that right there is testament to how well they work. Cheap/Free, easy to modify and plenty of power for 3 chargers to run.
