| Novak SR, TQ3 receiver help
I need some help to find out if the SR is good. I have 2 55 turn motors, a Novak SR, Traxxas 3 channel receiver and a TQ3 radio. The instruction say to turn on the receiver than the radio. Push the program button on the ESC until the red light comes on. Well it doesn't. The steering all works and if I change the speed control connection with a servo the servo works using the trigger. Could the wireing be wrong in the ESC connector that plugs into the reciever? A little help would be appreciated with this. Thanks |

When you plug it in an turn it on does the light actually light up on the SR? How long are you holding it down for? |

No, the light never comes on. I held it for over 30-40 seconds with no light coming on.

also another thing, do I need to run a separate RX pack? Right now I just have the 3000, 6 cell pack that I thought would run all.

Hi I had a similar problem with my SR, it turned out a cell had gone bad in my stick pack. Once changed for a fresh pack it worked perfectly Just an idea heavyD |

I had that happen to me once when I pluged the SR plug into the rec. backwards. Switched the plug around and it was golden.
