This question applies to all, but will be executed on the flysky radios. Would you like to have a lever and/or wheel/knob to control the mixing on dual esc? Also, whould the lever be return to center? I believe one of the airtronics radios has this option |

Doesn't really apply to me, as I roll on a 2PL, and have no need for more. If I was getting into MOA, would I like to have a dial for (presumably) dialing out some rear ESC? Not really. Only thing I can think that'd do is mimic the OD/UD gearing so popular in shafties. As a beginner, if I had a dig, I have no idea why I'd want to mimic that. Or I suppose if a guy had 4 wheel steer, he could use that dial feature to vary between 0% and 100% on the rear steer. Keep it 4ws for tight sections, but dial out the rear steer and have just fws for the faster sections. Again, only a function I'd find handy if the rig I bought came with rear steer, as I'm not the least bit inclined to put rear steer on any of my current rigs (or any that came with fws only). Now the lever........ 3 position? That might come in handy if a newbie like me came into MOA and had no idea how to operate the dig on my chosen radio. As impatient as I get on the course, I do think it'd be a LOT easier to have a toggle switch (non-return to center) to switch between front, both, and rear motors. So I could get on board with the 3 position lever, but as far as a lever, knob, or wheel for dialing out percentages, not something I'd be interested in. I just don't have enough driving skills to know if I'd ever have a need for it, sorry. Hopefully a few of the more grizzled veterans of the activity can better answer if there's a need for it. |

How about a 3 pos. switch programable for 3 different percentages of mix that the driver could choose based on the obsticle. I think it would be easier to dial in on the fly than a linear stick..

| Re: Lever Mixing No...i had it on my old conversion radios. I could "proto" it by putting a pot on channel 3 then using a wantamix. This would prevent modifying the firmware to test it out. BUT i'm not worried about it working or not. I'm just wondering how i should go about adding a lever to the radio This is already possible |
