|  Novak 20 Turn Basher Terra Claw Motor any good in crawler?
I run a pretty light 1.9 SCX10 scaler. A 35 turn is too slow. I burned up a Tamiya black can 24 torn (knew it would happen it was just a get me by motor). A Axial 27 turn does pretty well in the rig. A few friends run HPI 27 turn motors. I saw the Novak 20 turn and wondered how it would do? Any thoughts? What kind of driving do you plan on doing with the rig? strictly crawling? Trail running? I don't run anything faster then a 35T in any of my crawlers unless it's a Holmes Hobbies motor. Anything less just doesn't have the torque and doesn't last long. I've never though the Novak motors had much torque. Not even their 55T's.

| Re: Novak 20 Turn Basher Terra Claw Motor any good in crawler? Brood racing Stump Humper I would not waste my money on the Novak motor you listed. The Brood motor can even be had with a hand wound arm for a few bucks more. |
