Default Hitec Laser 4, good or bad?

hey guys,
on another forum a guy is selling a hitec laser 4 radio. for those of u who dont now this is a 4 channel radio stick radio. im planning on building a scale truck and i was thinking of use the left side for throtle and front steering and right stick for rear steering and winch control. wat is ur guys opinion?

I know nothing about that radio, but I run a 4-channel stick radio. I suggest putting both steering on the right stick. Left and right for the front and up and down for the rear. It works really well that was for me. Diagonal would be crab steer right and left and tight turn right and left. I tried throttle and front steer and the left and it was too hard to controll it: go foward and I'd trun alittle, turn and I'd left off the throttle a little, ect.

I have a Laser 4 on 75 MHz and I am very happy with the quality and performance.

for the radio, micro receiver and some kind of battery pack thing(i think its just the case, not like a pre built pack) he wants $60 shipped. i think thats pretty cheap!
