It's all personal preferance. I am using a 4PL on my XR and it is all that I need. Like the dual esc setup it offers, plus control over all your endpoints and rates. Setup on it is easy by following the 4PL guide Harley has here on the board. The one down point to it would be the cost of extra RX's. Little on the high side. We have a few in our group that run the 4pks which is top of the line from futaba but also around an extra $200. Have anver messed with airtronics surface units do know their airplane radios were good quality. |

There is also the hacked flysky gt3b/c's which are just as capable, less expensive, and cheaper rx's

I just recently got an Airtronics MT-4 and I absolutely love it. Perfect size and weight and easy to set up. I have never used a 4PL so I can't compare them. The MT-4 is quite capable with a ton of adjustments.

The Futaba FHSS receivers run between $30 to $50 so they're no where as expensive as the FASST receivers or Airtronics. The Flysky receivers are real cheap as is the radio. |

tons of people use the flysky and swear by them and love them, they are a quality built product at a super cheap price, at the insane low price, expect to possibly have the chance of an issue happening, but for $35.. you could buy 10 of them (literally) for the cost of 1 4pk lol

| Re: transmitter help Pretty standard price 30-40 most likely. Haven't got that far....i've got one project infront of this one, which should be done mid january. So after that i'll start working budgeting money towards stocking skinz. I'll stock an OverkillRC skin and another design or two. Then offer alot more designs and more custom which will be drop shipped by the company who's printing them Switches come first |
