Default mamba sidewinder?

I have a 4700kv system and was wondering if anyone knows how to set it up for nimh batteries or if even can, Lipo isn't an option right now my brother has my charger and I need to buy Lipo batteries, so that said I have 2 7cell batteries and was hoping I can get some info on setting it up. I lost the instructions I've had the motor for about 2years and not ran once I bought it for my slash but now it's going on my WK. Thanks

Yup it will but the lipo cut off needs to be shut off.

If you don't have a castle link I suggest buying one. 15 for the link or 30 for the field link which allows changes with out needing a computer but still allows you to link to the computer through the field link.

Sounds like you need to first shut off the lipo cut off then possibly update the esc via castle link.

What's happening is your fully charged seven cell is registering as a nearly dead 3S, and you're never even getting out of LVC. Turn your auto-lipo off and you should be good to go.

I had a similar question just this past week on how to program an sv2 manually and rather than running to rccrawler to ask I used my friend google. Amazingly I found what I was looking for and even as a .pdf file so its saved to my phone for future reference.
