|  what did I f-up
I was just fooling with wiring and crossed the battery wires, esc smoked and is toast I'm assuming. Did I also fry the motor? And two more question. If it is just the esc am I better off buying a new one ($65.00) or sending mine back to castle for repair? Oh, and the motor is 6900KV, are all SV2 esc's the same or are they matched to motor or KV size? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Send it to castle, if they don't warranty it the replacement cost will be super cheap! As far as matched to the motor that is a no, you can mix and match

That sucks! If it makes you feel any better, I smoked a CC BEC yesterday because I hooked it up backwards. Staying up late did not help the cause... |
