Exclamation Battery help

I have a new 3300 GP pack that was originally a stick pack. I tore it apart and made it into a split pack to run on my axels. It worked great before I took it apart. It has about 2 minutes of run time now. I have checked all of the solder connections and they are good. I may have killed a cell??

Is there anyone with a matcher that would be willing to test it if I shipped it out to you??

Does anyone have a loose cell to replace the bad one?

Thanks,

Don

Got a multimeter or an 1157 sized lightbulb? Do one of the cells get way hotter than the others when you charge or discharge the pack? Do you have the ability to charge one cell at a time?

I can pick up a bulb.

I dont have the ability to charge one sell at a time. The cells seem to be even in temp.

It sounds like it just didn't charge up, possible charger problem?
