| Reciever Pack ?
i just got a tlt crawler with a jefferson chassis and i was out running it today and when i steer my throtle cuts in and out. i was wondering if the servo is pulling to much juice ? im running a novak roooster esc and a blue bird servo. the servo gets real hot.i changed out radios to see if that was the problem and it wasnt.next to go will be the servo and ill try another.if its not that then the esc and motor will be next inline. i was wondering if adding a reciever pack would help. i know you would have to cut the red power wire on the esc's servo harness to use a rec pack. any ideas ? |

Seems that the Blue birds suck alot of juice. A receiver pack or a Nitro regulator would help. And try to replace that servo when you can.

well i took out the blue bird and put in the hitec.problem solved. ran with out a problem. im guessing the blue bird pulls to many amps and the low bec on the rooster doesnt provide enough power..
