Default Radio Usage

This is a first time building a rock crawler for me. I have purchased a TLT to start. That is not the issue. I want more than just 3 channels for my truck for random little things. Is there going to be any problem for me to get an airplane radio and use it for the truck. More specific will there be any issues using 72Mhz (Aircraft use) and 75Mhz (Ground Use).

Technically it is against the rules to use an air radio for ground use.

i've been looking for a 4-channel radio, and all i keep finding locally are 72MHz aircraft radios. i know what the rules are. do many people break the rules? honestly, i have a T6XH heli radio that has been sitting on a shelf for years. i live in the middle of nowhere. i've been thinking that what is the difference if i'm crashing the helicopter into the ground, or driving the Clod over rocks. either way an aircraft user isn't going to see me, and they'd have to have a receiver that would pick me up a mile away since no one is going to be any closer flying something.

i guess i'm going to have to order a 4VWD from Tower, but i really wanted to get something locally and run it this friday.
