Default Another dead Moped!!!

charged the battery for my clod,plugged it in and no esc operation!!!Servos work,no power to the motors.I tried to reprogram it several times and the light just stays on!!!Oh well,I guess you get what you pay for!!!MOPED= Junk!!!

what kinda of radio? are you running a receiver pack? mree info would be nice. Some are having issues because of the spectrum radio takes about 40 time for it to take.....

This happened to me, only thing is I can't remember how I fixed it. Could've been the reciever (I swapped in a working one). Try it in another car that you are certain worked before, see if it works. Also, if you are running a reciever pack, you need to switch off the switch on the MOPED.

You have your plugs in backwards on your RX. You can program it has much as you wanta and it won't work. Flip your RX plugs on the Receiver. Then try it. See what that does.

It worked perfectly,shut it off.Then the next time I went to use it,it would only steer.Tried several batterys,no rx pack used,tried to reprogramm it several times and the light will do nothing!!just stays on.This thing only has 5-6 batterys through it 6-cell 1500mah clod with two 65t lathes!!!Radio is a traxxas 3ch with rear steer mod(bought new from the crawler store!!!)

I didn't know the Crawler store sold the MOPED?

any problems with it before? did you change anything on your radio or truck at all? check you trim settings too they may be out of whack too which may cause it to not recognize properly

Tried adjusting the trim-no change.Tried reprogram several more times still inop.Anyone got any tricks???I know a few people have just had ones that didnt work.I think I am just going to buy a different brand speed control.

Sorry your having troubles w/ your MOPED. It's a great little ESC.

No ESC is perfect, look at all of the issues the TR2 is having at the moment.

Did you try run2jeepn's suggestion? I know I've made that mistake before, and the symptoms you are describing sound just like what happened to me.
