Robert, what do you mean by " it seems like I'm not running bec" ? Also how is your bec installed? And what voltage are you running? Also if you turn the servo horn/ arm how does it feel? Feel like a new servo or does it not make winding noises like a new servo? Have you taken off the back and looked for any heat spots on circuit board?

You may have stalled out the servo too many times and fried the motor and/ or fried the amplifier (its what hitec refers to it as) right in the middle of the board.

Sounds to me like the motor is tore up. I just sent two brand new 7954s back, one for motor and other for motor and amplifier. Both of mine were running 7.33 and 7.35 volts and should have been safe. When I got them back I turned on the overload protection and set to 10%. We will see if that works.

No problem. Like I said it may just be the motor over heated and is going bad internally. You should be able to tell by turning servo horn. Hitec has great warranty service. 2 years from purchace, get on their site..... Print out paper for return, fill out and put in copy of purchace and mail off. About 2 week turn around.
