| another question in castle link...feild card
I got the castle link card and USB cable or the castle link software downloaded the problem I have is the feild card I can't get to work with anything. I can get it to link and has te green light but when I push the button on it to change stuff it won't do anything. tried it first on my CC BEC to change the voltage and it wouldn't do anything but said it was linked. got the voltage changed through the USB though any ideas? |

The field card is (mainly?) for ESCs. I'm not sure it's supposed to work as a stand-alone with the BECs...

Mine only works via the card with OEM branded Castle ESC's. If I use it with an AE-2 or CCBEC it doesn't work. You have to plug it into computer to get it to work then.

The ESC's connector feed it from the vehicle's battery. For programming a BEC I suppose it's fed from the USB connector. |

It will only work with the castle oem products. It won't work with the axial esc made by castle. I called their tech support a few weeks ago. He said to keep checking on the website for updates as they are thinking of adding axial support for the field card.
