Need advice on running a Winch,steering,and a 2 speed on a Tq3

Here is my plan I have a TQ3 I have a e-maxx tranny and a winch on my truck, well i cant figure out how to hook everything up while still being able to use all and not use one or the other. Say for instance i want to use the winch but no changing the gears or change gears but not use the winch. My dillema is that i dont want to have to unplug the servo for the winch and plug the servo for the gear changing into the same socket. I have thought out how i could use a Y harness but if i change gears it would turn the winch on and either unravel the wire or pull it in. I thought of putting a switch between the winch and the receiver but i really dont want to have to use a manual switch. could someone please help me out with this one

the tq3 is a 3 channel radio, you are using four channels.
