Default Re: needing some help

Sounds like its cogging. Was it doing this in the slash? I would check wiring to the motor. The sensor wire and the 3 power leads. With a sensored motor A has to be connected to A, B to B etc... If you can I would try replacing the sensor wire. These are fragile and prone to failure. Be sure it is 100% engaged into both the motor and esc. It's this harness that relays exactly what position that the rotor inside the motor is in to the esc. What brand name is the motor and esc? and do they have the ability to run sensorless?

Quick Test is to unplug the sensor harness and see if the motor acts the same. if it does its most likely the harness or the actual sensors/sensor board.
