RC4WD Rocker Dig II Help !!!
 

Just put my Bully together with Holmes Motors , Holmes ESC with a CC BEC
and a Traxxas Summit 5 Channel remote with docking station. I finally put everything together and i can not get the RC4WD Rocker dig to work right.

The problem i am having is i can not get both motors to work at the same time. I can get the rear to lock with power to the front or the front locked with power to the rear. Is this possibly a defective unit ? it is brand new is there possible something i am missing ? This is my first time using one thanks

The traxxas radio is only a 2 position switch if you haven't modded it. You need a 3 position switch radio to run the dig properly. Though I thought you would have all turning and only either front or back locked.

If you aren't going to modify your transmitter to have a three position channel, this can help...
I make a controller that will let you have all the dig modes using your two position channel:

There is a 3 position toggle switch for locking the diffs on the summit on the remote. If it needs to be modded any idea what I need todo ? Here is a pic of the remote

Just figured it out. Pulled the remote apart and swapped some wires around and the bully is in action. Thanks for the help


Here is what I did.

First pic is what the wires look like from TRAXXAS. Need unsolder all 6 wires and solder them into the order in the 2nd pic. You then need to put the dig into channel 3. Any questions just pm
