Hit the search, the M2 has had plenty of discussion here. And it's not particularly favorable. |

Lots of discussion (85%??) that, "It's a great idea, very bad execution". For a MOA, I would suggest the new Holmes mini. It's already decased, small, works well, programs with a Castle Link, best of the bunch. Alternates are the Tekin FX-R or various Castle Creations ESC's (Sidewinder Micro Pro is small). Does your radio support dual ESC's & mixing? If not, look at/get a WantAmix adapter from LosiKid @ OverkillRC.

What do you mean does my radio support 2 esc's? I was under the impression I could use a Y harness to connect them to the rx. Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk 2 |

Ideal, for dual ESC's for a MOA, would be a radio (usually 4 channel) that allows mixing of dual ESC's so you get: Front & rear dig Front to rear proportional An alternative (for a simple radio & 1 ESC) would be a servo dig or similar. The dig would allow front & rear dig but not proportional. I believe HeyOK has a unit you could use. Not trying to make it confusing, just trying to give options BEFORE you spend money. PS, for "decent 4 channel radios", I would suggest either a Futaba 4PL or a hacked GT3B/GT3C.

m2 is a joke... I bought one and messed with it for over 2months and never got it to work 100% correctly on a dx3r. bought 2 esc's and a 4pl futaba..couldn't be happier now. |

Another 4 channel radio to consider is the airtronics MT4 does all things needed to run a moa well.
