Default Looking at servo's for my PSC Wraith.

So far i have been looking and these are the ones I have been looking at.

The Solar D772 - looks nice and for the price I could upgrade other parts.
Savox-1256TG - This is Digital but less torque than the Solar and the top of my budget range. Less money for other parts

For the price I am really leaning towards the Solar but if you guys have any other suggestions in the 0-70$ price range than let me know.

Savox 1230SG and a CC BEC.

You'll need the BEC for any of the servos you're looking at.

The wide stance, large (ussualy) heavy tires/wheels, spooled diffs, and extreme steering angles of the Wraith platform are basically hell on conventional 1/10 servos.

This means you basically have two choices if you like to play even remotely hard.

A: buy multiple cheaper servos, then get fed up and spend big money on one that lasts

OR

B: save the dough and get a quality unit right away which is actually cheaper in the long run

The solar unit is IMO junk.

The Savox 1256 is a great servo for a stadium truck or light-weight 4wd SCT.
Not enough torque for a Wraith, you'll overheat it which shortens its life.

The absolute cheapest servo I can recommend for a Wraith is the Savox 1230. The Savox 1283 is also a good bet.

If you can swing it the Hitec 7950 is really nice.

I finally settled on an oversized, not-a-direct-fit Hitec 7980 for mine after breaking multiple cheaper servos.
