| How's your savox 1256tg holding up
Got one in a trade and am wondering if I should get rid if it or keep it? What are you guys running it on and how has it held up so far? Thanks

Fofftarded II has one it's not a bad servo at all. I busted a case last year but the gears were just fine.

2.2 iroks. I broke it bashing in the snow. I run long servo arms so on a particularly hard tumble the top of the case gave up the ghost. I replaced the case and it's been fine since.

Lasted everything I could put it through for about a month, got hot every time I ran it so the motor degraded leaving the torque rating just about useless. The gears and everything else but the motor is still fine. |

I've had one in my Wraith for two years...still going strong. One caveat...my Wraith is not a basher.

I have two 1256 servos and I have had to upgrade the gears in both because the stock ones are part aluminum so it ended up costing me about 100 per servo and I broke both cases. I just always have one ready for a backup and I also run them at 7 volts no problem.

I run one in a wraith, it gets the job done for me and I'm rough on electronics.
