| Hitec Programmer question
Just picked up the Hitech HPP-21 programmer. I would like to program the center and end points and to change the dead band width. The programmer needs a 6V 5 cell receiver battery to power, program and test servos. Can I just plug in my BEC to the power for the 6V? The BEC is set for 6V. It sounds like a dumb question and obvious answer , but to me, a dumb question is one that isn't asked... |

Ok. Thanks for the reply. If not I would build a 6V source, which would of been fun, but my time for my rc hobby is limited so I will choose the easy way out.

Having both the computer and power supply connected to AC line can cause ground loops that can damage the USB port on your computer and/or the programmer. | |
