Default Bad combo?

I have a Tamiya tble 02s esc. I know not the greatest in the world. Can I run a 1200kv roc412 on it? Battery is 2s and truck weights just under 2 pounds.
Link for esc specs.

Edit: what about the HH pro puller 540 stubby in 2200kv? These are the two motors I have it narrowed down to.

After some more research I've decided on the 540s. The size really makes the difference in my chassis. My question still remains can I use the esc I have or do I need to wait a few weeks until I can afford a "good" esc to go with it? The esc I have is compatible with this tamiya brushless sensored motor.

Tamiya Brushless Motor 01 TBLM-01 12T
Item No:54132

【 Specifications 】 12T (equal to 23T brushed motors), KV: 3160KV (KV denotes RPM per volt), Weight: 182g (excluding cables), Input Voltage: 6.6V-7.2V

I see a higher KV than the HH PP so a lower KV should be fine right?

Yeah, probably just fine running it being slower and also not in a racer.
