Does anyone know if you can use a air receiver on a airtronics mt4?

I think it depends on the rx. Be very careful as some of the Airtrinics park flyer Rx's are rated for a maximum of 6.2v maximum input, so as I see it, if you set a BEC higher that that, you'll let the smoke out of the RX. (Aka burn it up)
