i am thinking of trading a couple gp3300 batteries for a couple xl-1 esc's, will i be able to put these behind 55turns on a couple tlts? the guy says they both have reverse and i should not have a problem with the integy lathe motors.

They will work. I don't think they will handle rear steering though. I ran them in two of my crawlers and they seem to like going fast instead of slow. It is hard to crawl real slow with them. Just my .02

My buddy just put one of those in his truck, because I needed my super duty back from him, and the low speed crawl stinks. I agree with axlenut, they prefer to go fast.
