Default gtb brushless question

for those running stampede tranny with gd 600 couldnt you reverse the controls on remote to turn motor the other way????just a thought

Not the best way to do it. You would be better off reversing the tranny.

Ya I agree with JRH. The GTB has different amp ratings for forward and reverse so it would just not work out.

When i put my gd600 to my Txt tranny i swapped the motor wires around and then the motor ran the other way

You just switch the wire on the motor like you do for an unsensored motor.

Any of the three main wires on the motor.

No it doesn't matter. If it makes you feel better flip the yellow and blue wires around.
It's not going to fry.

Default switching wires on sensored brushless motor

well this work really?
On my Novak HV Maxx changing the wires like you would on a sensorless motor, didn't work. It did not fry but it would not move either. untill i put the wires back the way they were.

Yeah, pretty much any of those brushless motors will work that way. I first learned that when my mini-lst took off like a bat out of hell backwards. Then I read the instructions and they said just swap them around.

What?? It Did Not Work On My Brushless Motor.

you are talking about a mini motor that is sensorless.
The gtb is a sensored motor, I don't think they reverse.
