Spektrum dx4c problem

I got a Spektrum dx4c and got the rc4wd wired winch controler hooked up to aux port 1 on my 4 channel reciever. I set my remote switch E to Aux 1 3p.. to control my winch.. it works well. But as soon as i turn off the remote, it reverts back to Inhibit. I have rebound the remote 4 times with no sucess. I reset it and tried to use different switches. But still no sucess all revert back to Inhibit when i turn it on. Im tired of this remote.

this is the current firmware bug that people are gradually getting to know, i have been hassling spektrum since last year about this and so far they dont seem bothered.

easy fix, im guessing the model memory your using is slot 1? if so just completely avoid that one and use model 2 upwards, thats what i have done and it saves fine, it just seems to be model memory 1 that has issues.

I have the same problem, but my model is number 4... ( I have 3 other cars on 2channels RX)

I had to recopy a blank memory onto the memory 4 and redo my settings to work...

But now, it's saved and it works everytime!

Same here. I even sent the unit in for warranty repair they sent it back "no problem found". That's bad news that they're aware it and won't even acknowledge it. Was going to send it back, now I won't bother & will try the above. Sheesh.
