can some help me with servo selection. I am running a traxxas radio and reciever and need to know what servo is a good choice to match up on a juggernaught axle. also using a tekin rebel 2 esc, will I have enough to run both servos without an extra radio battery pack? and do I want to use srevo savers? Thanks for the help. MaxxRunner |

Depends how much you want to spend. Hitec 5995 or 5955, JR9000T, airtronics 359's, are in the 120-140 range, but they are great servos. If you run servo savers, when you want to turn, if your wheels are getting traction, they won't turn, the spring in the servo saver will give instead. I tried them for about 10 minutes and then threw them away. You might need a rx pack for the servos, it just depends on your situation. One of my fellow club members runs 2 hitec 5995's off of his super duty which is rated at 6v/3amp, and he doesn't need a rx pack. You will probably just have to try them and see.
