Yeah I run them all the time. The Elite 1500's are way better the IB1400's though.

Keep in mind that is a test at static 20 amps and doesnt really represent the loads a crawler will put on a cell. The burst capabilities are of more interest to me than the discharge graphs.

EGRESSor is stating that the GP cells keep a higher voltage during discharge vs the IB's. I think it is a 30 amp discharge, but I dont know german.

right John
3 amps charged , 30amps discharge , 0.9V cutoff , timer 150sec

the IB1400 cells dont like the 30 amps ;)

Yeah, I imagine the lowest IR will rule the 30 ampere discharge. I got one of my "small" outrunners to burst 96 amps the other day! It was of course with sub-C. Now I gotta test all my battery packs out to see which 2/3A packs perform the best for peak current!

In real world testing the 1500's seem to have better starting torque with my revolver setup then my Ib1400's.

I highly recommend them for 1-18th scale cars and light weight crawler packs. I was getting almost 45 mins out on them with a 2.2 clod.

I was running 6 cell packs. You may be getting poor runtime because of your charger or gearing. I have a local buddy who runs pretty much the same crap I do, but he never can manage to keep batteries healthy for more than a few cycles.... and it's all the same stuff me and a few other guys run and have no problem with. What charger are you using?

If those are the batteries packs you got from me, they were lasting 45 minutes to an hour after a good peak charge. I loved those packs!
