Crawl master pro 13t problems

So just got new Holmes hobbies crawl master 13t pro and Holmes hobbies ble waterproof esc got everything wired up and sometimes the motor will spin freely sometimes it glitches and "chucks" And vibrates and shakes. When I hold full throttle it will only have power for 10 seconds maybe then cut out, any idea what my problem could be? Thanks in advance for any help

You need to put the esc in brushed mode. You will be lucky if full throttle attempts didn't destroy something. Never try to just apply more throttle when electronics aren't working properly!

Yea I'm more of and mechaanic than electrician, so how would I go about switching esc to brushed mode? And thanks a lot John

You will need to hook it up to a computer, or stick program it. Stick programming can be a bit difficult, see pg 31 of this guide for setting number 9. You will want option 2 brushed reversing. We use the same setup scheme as the MMP since they have similar hardware http://www.castlecreations.com/suppo...er%20Guide.pdf Alternatively, we have some bulk castle link chips and could send one your way no charge if you don't have a local hobby shop or friend with a link.

I have a CC field link and when I plug it in the only light that comes on is the "linked" light
