| Radio for rear Steer?
Hello, I am trying to get some info on radios available which are rear steer capable. I've been looking at the Hitec SRX but nobody seems to be able to tell me if the 3rd channel is set up for rear steer capable. I'm also looking at XS3 and XR3 radios Any other radios which would work good around the $100 - $150.00 range? Last edited by TomC; 12-29-2006 at 09:33 PM. The SRX does not have the 3rd channel mixxing but CRX does and it is a great radio for the price and all the features you get with it.

The SRX is plenty capable of fully proportional 3rd channel, and usable for 4ws. The "linear" 3rd channel option allows you to position the channel servo at any position in it's stroke. It is controlled by a potentiometer. The bad part is, this isn't self-centering, and to go from one end of the stroke to the other requires a lot of effort from your thumb. |

you mean the dual-rate adjustment wheel? I didn't know that that was the linear 3rd channel. hm. I guess you learn something new every day.
