| AE-5 ESC Battery Connector Question
Hey all! I recently picked up a lightly used AE-5 esc that I'm going to throw in a rig. The person who owned it before me cut the battery wires on the leads from the esc and on his LiPo battery. I am assuming because he didn't have access to a soldering gun. I have my own batteries with deans connectors, can I salvage his ESC by purchasing new deans female end wires? Or do I have to solder new ends onto his chopped wires? Hoping to just plug in some new ones, I heard that is possible with this ESC. Thanks! |

You should be able to just solder a new deans plug on and be good to go.
