| Tq2 converted to Tq3?
Need a pic of a tq3 circuit board to see if i can convert a tq2 to 3 ch, the radio i want to experiment with is a tq2 but has the tq3 circuit board, so i'am guessing it could be converted, any help or info is greatly appreciated , i did search an only came up with tq3 mods |

are you talking about the e-maxx radio or whatever.. why not just buy a new one i bought like 2 or 3 almost a year ago on ebay for 20-25 a set radio, rec and cystal im sure there still cheap around the same price |

because i have a tq2 just sitting around and a friend of mine needs a 3 ch radio for his rig, also if you have any input on this matter please post.

In the modded TQ3 post thats stickied at the top there are a few pics of the TQ3 board. Might not be from the side you need though. I'm interested too since I have a couple TQ2s sitting around collecting dust. And I like tinkering as well.

thanks , but the one i'am looking at is tq3 ver. c model and the layout is completly different:-( , i'am almost sure there was a write up of this mod somewhere, but i can't find it

Thanks Jamus , i'am still searching and haven't found the thread, i'am positive that someone wrote about it, and mentioned something about the different versions of the tq2 that could be converted.

| anyone? no one ever opened up a tq2 and found out the circuit board was a tq3? is at all possible to do?
